Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Manage QuickBooks and accounting entries for all AP/AR transactions.
Perform accurate and timely close-out of properties for payroll.
Handle administrative reports and projects as needed.
Handle billing process, including opening, and closing projects in financial system, issuing billing reports and documents, reviewing, and processing changes, creating client invoices, and reconciling project financial.
Processing all invoices received for payments and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Correctly coding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and check requests to conform to standard procedures ensuring proper entry into the financial system.
Compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, while also providing clerical and administrative support as needed.
Handling vendor correspondence via phone or email.
Matching the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation.
Investigating and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices.
